NONPROFIT INVOLVEMENT
Beyond direct clinical care, Alexis consults for a nonprofit agency that provides treatment for children and adolescents who have experienced sex trafficking and exploitation. She also serves on the board of another nonprofit organization that helps people heal trauma through writing.
Alexis brings extensive clinical knowledge to the work, but never loses sight of the person in front of her. Care begins with a validating, non-judgmental relationship — one where expertise and humanity belong together.
